 nothing like the smell of the oil in the air as soon as you walk out the door each morning ... almost a coffee kill buzz   lol

Southern Oklahoma.  We have a couple of small refineries about 40 miles away, but we have a lot of oil wells here.

where you at Texas?? i stayed there after Katrina off Red Bluff in Pasedena..   here where I live to though.. I think 3 or 4 refineries in my parish alone..

I work for a oilfield hauling company, our economy here is  over 60% oil industry.

I live right by a refinery  of course my part of Louisiana is littered with them
