This is the lava lamp that I won in the contest awhile back. I painted the base blue, and sun faded the globe. I'm still going to sun fade it more, but I wanted to see how it contrasted with the base. I like it :)

That looks gorgeous! What kind of paint on the base and cap? Looks really cool.

Nice work on that lamp! Perfect base color to go with the globe, I would say the fade is at a perfect level!
