Something Interesting About Me:: Graphic designer and a still a big kid at heart!

My First Lava Lamp was:: My first lava lamp was an original Crestworth bought for me after I saw one on the Prisoner in 1967 and fell in love with them, yes, I'm that old! It survived through the years until my Mum moved house in 2002 and threw it out! :-(

My current lamps are my Mathmos Astro, orange and yellow and my 10" Lava, orange and purple, that lives on my desk at work. Just bought a Crestworth Lantern on fleabay but that will need a new bottle as it's all cloudy. Mathmos don't seem to do the old style red liquid and orange lava so that one will need some thinking on.

With nearly 1900 worldwide members here, you're bound to get any assistance you may need on various lava lamp issues/queries and of course, do check out some of the great lava lamp collections on display here and some great pictures/videos too. There's always plenty of other cool stuff on other funky lighting like glitter lamps and fiber optic lamps as well. Why not start or contribute towards one of the (usually lava lamp related) discussions here too.

Oh yes, and don't forget the chat function to interact with your fellow lava lamp fans here as well!
