Hi my name is Chris. Other things Im into apart from Lava lamps are Lasers, other kinetic lighting and sci fi shows. I dont Know if you American guys get Doctor Who on tv? but I am a huge fan. I also own a full size Dalek I call Eric. I have 2 cats and keep Koi carp. I am also a member of the Roller coaster club of Great Britain. Oh and yes I am mad.

Welcome to the Goo! Very interesting story you have told. Glad you had the chance to meet Mr. Walker. I'll bet there are many of us out there that would have liked to have met him. A couple of things you might find interesting. There's a Mathmos bullet lamp on ebay as item # 250612633318. Very nice indeed. Also, there is a group called "Mathmos Junkies" here on this site. You might consider joining it and sharing your knowledge with others. You have a unique perspective having been to the factory. I don't personally own a Mathmos lamp but I plan on owning one someday in the future. They make the newer Chinese Lava World lamps look like children's tinker toys.
