I bought my first lava lamp this week for my eight year old daughter. We are very disappointed it never "lavas!", so we are trying out this site to get help.

Sorry to hear that you lamp isn't wworking properly. It's kind of bad that we can buy products brand new which don't even work properly! Which make is it?
