My First Lava Lamp was:

One of the ceramic Icon Series lava lamps, model 5303, (sharks.)
Was actually hand-me-down from my older brother, was in love with it when I was little, and positively nothing much has changed.

My Collection Includes this many Lava Lamps:

None! At least none yet, anyway.

My Favorite Lava Lamp is:

I can't choose just one, any/all of the Icon Series circa 1998-2003 hold such a special place in my heart, I may be basic but I really can't help myself I love their designs so much, although I wish they were less expensive.. times are tough.

I think the ones I want/love the most though are the series 2 lamps, probably model 5303 (Sharks), 5524 (Celestial), and Alien from series 1.

Reason for joining OozingGoo:

I've been getting very interested in old lava lamps, and I've been desperately looking for a place where I could find some more information and potential sellers. I just hope this community isn't a dead end, and by the looks of it I don't think it is! :D
