Try http://www.hippielight.com/ for a timeline of lamps and pics of old brochures. It's a rich site. I learned a lot there myself. Also, try electricplanet.com for some purchases. Happy hunting!!
In regard to shipping lamps to Canada. I am unfortunately swamped with eBay listings and trying to find other meaningful work right now. I was laid off in January and trying to keep my financial head above water is a full time job in itself. Maybe after I get back to regular work I can help out with getting a lamp or two sent your way. Are you near a border state in the US? You might hunt down some Goo members in that state and simply drive across to pick it up. That would obviously save a lot of money in shipping. See ya soon buddy.
