i am designing and building a restaurant and am wanting to use the window as a feature eye candy pull them in to the space kind of thing. i was originally going to use ingo maurer's fish chandelier idea http://www.ingo-maurer.com/
but the client does not want to take care of the fish. so i had the thought of building a tank that fills the window completely and use the tank to show case the lava. is this even remotely possible? the window is about 3'/6'? the idea would be to fit the tank on the sill and make it as thin as possible.
