Ok what i mean is, an Mathmos bottle from 1970 and an bottle from 2009 is there a difference water wax toxic non toxic

can you tell me what is the difference between new and old lavalamp-bottles
is there an different filling

New ones are made in china and are all 52oz or 20oz. None are 32oz anymore. The formula for the wax is also crap now. The older ones are mostly 32oz and 52oz as well. They the best ones to get. The coils in the new lamps are also junk. Stick with the old lamps.
