Hi I am selling a Highly desirable lava lamp made by Mathmos in the 1990s In good working order as can be seen in the photos with a new 100W bulb. Mathmos Lunar Lava lamp 34 inches tall plus extra power converter that is in Excellent condition This is a Mathmos Lunar lava lamp that was made in England around 1999-2000. They are very collectible as many consider them to be the best lava lamp ever made. Mathmos stopped making these lamps over 10 years ago and they are getting harder to find now.Mathmos Lunar lava lamp. Ultra rare With an original Mathmos red vase and the wax is vibrant red. If you look hard enough you can find some faint little scratches here and there but nothing major.) The Mathmos Lunar is made of highly polished aluminum that has a shiny luster and almost a mirror like finish. The FANTASTIC lava flow is what you would expect from a Mathmos Lunar. The Lava is more fluidic than USA lava and produces more snake like columns and unusual shaped blobs. This Lunar has it's original UK wiring and 3 prong plug The Lunar Lava lamp was 240V 10 0 Watt bulb but the lamp I rewired to 110 V already.
