lava started to stick to the side of the glass

27 in tall, was bought new, includes original boxes and bulb. Was working great but for unknown reason the pink lava started to stick to the side of the glass. I removed the top and tried to scrap the glass clean, it started working good again but then started to stick once again. Anyone know how to help

I had this problem too with one of my Mathmos Lunar bottles
I´m not sure but I think your lava was to hot. So your lava stick an the glas. It´s not repairable!!!
Greetings from germany.
