Mathmos
Contacted Mathmos for replacement of bottle. They do not ship to South Africa or Botswana. What is wrong with these guys? Any of you dealt with them before?

If you are only refilling one Astro bottle then this will work for you -

The Goo kit is not bad but the lava flow will not be the same as Mathmos.
Looks like shipping to Botswana costs $56.05

No, I'd rather see if I can order a Goo kit from eBay, don't know what quantity I should order for the original Astro Lantern. Any ideas?

Mathmos will not ship to the USA either.
Your best bet for obtaining Mathmos products is to purchase them on Ebay-UK from a seller not afraid to ship Internationally.
Or you might be able to find a UK member on this site that is willing to assist you for a fee.
