nice.  mine used to flow like that (see profile pic) until it went south and only spikes and shoots air-filled grapes now.

Really nice video, great flow! These lamps are indeed some of lava lites best at least in the last 10 years. The base and glass are virtually flawless and the flow is amazing, a HUGE improvement over the regular grandes.

The only major issue these ever had was the whole single-double coil thing and the ones that quit flowing, both issues are mostly coil related and now it's apparent that it's possible to fix it without opening to add a coil. Ian has proved this. I have a green one on the way and i hope it doesn't give me issues but if it does I will try what Ian did before adding a coil.

i wish this would have fixed mine . i tried it 3 times , but mine was never detaching from the coil . all it ever does is 'pea shooter ' . both pink and my green do this .

Yeah I hear you, Ian was having a disconnection from coil problem but when it wouldn't disconnect it would flow fine, others (including me) never had disconnecting issues but it never did anything else other than shoot peas. Mine has been amazing since I added the coil..

I dont have another coil and i cant seem to find a stainless steel one

The 32 oz coils from the empty sciplus lava bottles might work too. That's what I'll be trying.

If it's a bit too short you can always give it a stretch.
