Vox, you mentioned in your chat that you run your astrobaby 5w under for a more stretchy flow. Well, that's about what is going on with that green one!!! If I dim it down just right it will stay connected like that for awhile, then when it does break off, it will put on a show of smaller, stretchier blobs. If I turn it up a tad, then it runs like most, giving off the stretchier multitudes of goo. I kind of like the fact that it stays connected like that and just sort of changes shapes and seems to ALMOST break, then nope. As a matter of fact I watched that lamp into slumberland last night wondering, "is it gonna break now?" "What about now"? "Nope, not yet".....Zzzzzzz......
Thanks Vox!!! I really enjoy those kits!!!
That green lamp is very zone-y, love it! All of them run like champions!
yea, I had the flash on when I filmed that. The flash washes out white goo and makes it look yellow. While the kitted colors stay pretty much true, some of the LL colors do not. My white goo/pink liquid LL lamp also does not photograph or video true to it's colors for some reason. In order to capture the true colors on those types of lamps, I have to video them in natural daylight without any flash.
Ok, it looks yellow with red fluid on my screen. I think that might be a great combo
Keith, that's not a midnight. That's the cheetah lamp I purchased from Autumn. It looks off color in the pic. If you look close up you can see the cheetah spots. It's an orange/white......lava look yellow in the vid, lol!!!
Wow. Just wow.
What's the color combo on that midnight?
