Voxul, notice your wave machine cannot contain liquid unless someone cleans up the old gasket and glue and reapply a new seal to the whole black end caps. Then add liquid. Whoever wave machine repairman employee employed by Torrey Hughes neglected to do those things such as removing the whole end cap, cleaning up the old gasket, gluing, and reapplying a new seal to the whole cap should probably be fired from Hughes Wave Machines
Please don't attempt to repair it by yourself.

Did your wave machine have a crack that caused it to spring a leak?
I have two more wave machines to fix before I retire, a 3/8 low liquid Adriatic blue-clear wave machine, which is out of balance, to be restored soon and I will have Hughes remove the whole end cap, polish the gasket and glue and replace the old seal with a new sealing and attach to the whole cap and drain the old liquids out and refill the machine with half of vessel blue and top half clear oil, and a leaking Carribean Wave Machine, which I will definitely need Hughes to remove the whole end cap, clean up the old gasket and glue and reapply a new seal to the whole cap for my Carribean Wave Machine. Soon
I feel your pain, this machine of mine has completely leaked out since this picture was taken. Chances are the seals on the end caps are deteriorating. Mine seemed to have not leaked from the fill hole but rather the end cap that can hold the air bubble. You may need to remove the whole end cap, clean up the old gasket and glue and reapply a new seal to the whole cap. I have not yet attempted to fix mine yet, though I have saved all the fluids in old Gatorade bottles. Hughes Wave Motion Machines also offers refurbishing on the old tubes if you want someone to handle it that has done the fix before.
Just to let you know, my carribean Lava Wave Machine has a LEAK! HELP ME. I moved about 3 years ago and found it with numerous crap. I do not know how long it has been leaking, but I have a 1 1/2 inch air gap. DOH!
I have two grown kids by the way
My adriatic Wave Machine , which I purchased in 1995 when I was 26, has blue and clear liquid, and unfortunately it has lost some liquid over years of normal storage, but it does not have any cracks on the vessel or anything like that, however it is out or balance. My father who passed away 5 years ago (he was 70 and loved wave machines), would have hated to see my wave machine I purchased in 1995 continue to disappear even further since it is out of balance and not rocking like it should. I will definitely get my blue clear wave machine restored in the way the liquid used to be full when I purchased it at Spencer Gifts 24 years ago so I can sell it on eBay one day. I will order him to have bubbles sticking on the blue liquid and a small air bubble that moves and bottom liquid for the bottom half of the vessel and the upper half have the clear liquid for the WAVE restoration
You are right Zack! Sadly, this machine is now bone dry. The end cap adhesive gave way and the entire vessel dumped its contents. It was over a plastic bin though so I was able to bottle up most of them (also have a whole bunch of fluids from my Giant Pacifica project leftover). I hope to refill the machine soon, it is sad to see it in shambles right now.
Your dad probably didn't want to see this Wave Machine blue liquid disappear even further to where it drained out after the usual years of storage
