What is the correct ratio for liquid to goo?

I see many formulas for the goo and many for liquids but no where is there a goo to liquid ratio by volume.

It may be berried here on the site, but search yields tons of info but nothing on this specifically.

This is not from Lava Lite.
Its just my approximate usage
For years I just eyeballed it to the level right before the line in the globe
