Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

So this is a weird one... I found it online and just had to get it shipped here all the way from the UK because the colors were very unusual. Well sure enough it has one of the most interesting color palettes of any plasma globe I've ever seen- it can show up to five distinct colors at the same time. My suspicion is that it was made by the late Ray Jardine, one of Bill Parker's lab aides, in the 1980s. He was known for making custom globes for other countries, and this one just happens to have Bill Parker's favorite kind of flyback transformer inside its circuitry.
