lava brand wave machine

hi guys, i have never been into collecting these, but i have been given two of them, one in orange and one in green, the orange one is mint never been used, the green one looks like it had a problem in the past and the little black stopper is now on the inside of the wave cylinder, and the hole has been sealed with silicon, firstly can anyone shed any light on what these are worth, and second, has anyone any idead how to get the rubber stopper out, its a long shot but if anyone is going to know it will be someone on here
