Magmatower question

Hello!

I have a question to anyone who has ordered from Magmatower. How long did your order tend to take to be processed?

I made an order for a standard goo kit and the aqua dye (in hopes that it is still purple- aqua in use) at the end of December. I emailed through contact form once, a few weeks after I placed order, and got a reply the had an unexpected closure- which is very understandable- and would be back on 1/18. Still no shipping confirmation, and since I’m not certain how long they were closed, I’m not sure how backed up they are.

I don’t want to keep bothering them about the order, because I know even a small closure could lead to huge backups in processing and shipping. Any suggestions?

They only ship on Fridays
Best to just call them and ask for Richard to get update on your order

Thanks for the tip! I decided to wait it out since you mentioned they only ship Fridays, sure enough, I just got notified it shipped! Now I know for future orders. Thanks again!!!
