Seemed to solved the issue of the lamps not being turned off, as well as left flexibility for the future since he is an older teen. Thank you again -- Holly

I had wanted to run the wires through a hole with a grommet in the wall to the other side where I would mount a strip with a breaker. My son wants to wire.
