Hmm yes, I see your point. But I sent several of both of these designs, and this has been the only occasion where there has been problems - maybe it's just bad luck - or the courier at my customer's end is just useless ;)

Hi Jill, I bought two grandes off you a few weeks ago, a black and an orange/violet. The black was a bit cloudy on arrival but I didn't complain, because I was expecting as much from the comments on this board. Because of the weather being so hot I haven't run them for a fortnight and the black has cleared up lovely on it's own.

Just spoken to Fed Ex, they only ship internationally :(

Thanks Matt, I'll check them out for future shipping of Grandes - I've already booked these to go DHL today, but I've plastered them in signs saying THIS WAY UP etc...fingers crossed!!!

Fed Ex would be your best bet. Ship it as perishable not just fragile.

That's interersting what you both say about 'milk/black' - I sent one of these to a customer here in the UK and when it arrived it was as cloudy as ****. So I sent her another one, having tested it first to check that it was crystal clear, which it was, and when it arrived with my customer.....it was just as cloudy as the previous one! I'm in discussion with Lava Brand over this issue as it is costing me a packet to do resends of these, I'm sending my THIRD one of these to the lady today. I'm wondering if there is something slightly amiss in the formula of these ones - LB tell me that agitiation during transport can cause this, but I've sent out pink/purples and green/blues with no bother at all, so I suspect the formula may be a bit off on these particular ones. Any comments would be appreciated :)
