Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hi: This is my second post for this lamp problem. I'm new so hope on the first post I didn't ask to many basic questions because I didn't get any replies. My motherinlaw bought this lamp years ago and hadn't plugged it in for a long time. She gave it to me and I'm trying to find out if it is fixable or buy new ? Needs some fluid and the wax has some black specks in it, which really doesn't bother me but don't get the flow action it should have. Will post a couple pic. 1is cold 2 is 1hour and 3 is 2 hours. Any help appreciated. Patrick
