Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Can anyone help with UFO Fiber Neon Lamp?

I've found an "Orange Fiber UFO Neon" lamp complete with box lurking in my loft. Its missing its adaptor but I'm sure I can sort that. I believe that it is fairly old (not new anyway). The orange base contains, what I can only describe, as Christmas Tree Lights! The instructions includes how to change the bulbs.

The label on the base has website details of www.ootb.de, but they don't take questions from the general public.

Anyone know anything about this lamp?
