What year did lava lamp add trays to the lamp?

Where/how do i find out more about my lamp? what year did they make them with trays?where did they sell them. how many did they make? is it a classic?

I have a (60's, 70's, 80's,? I'm not sure) enchantress with the vase base (without the tray). a nice lamp, pretty much like a midnight just in gold. I don't think the vase bases show up all that much, do they?

The Enchantress Planter is not rare, but very nice. The Vase model is what I'd call uncommon, bordering on rare.
