astro baby and astro mini globes flow issues

i've tried different bases etc but they still don't seem to flow, they want to, but not quite. i guess it could be the ambient temp in the room. maybe i should try a heater in the room. can i use a stronger bulb? where can i get replacement bulbs for crestworth astro mini
