Best prices on a Fireflow R1 in the USA? Best color for a dark environment?

I want to buy a Fireflow R1 lamp for my new deck. It's going on a sort of coffee table, opposite a small fountain, for some visual interest. Does anyone know which US site (I hear shipping from the UK is high) has the best prices?

 

Also: I like the blue and purple colors best. Does one of these glow better in a dimly-lit environment than the other, or are both good? Or is the pink a better choice? I figure viewers will notice the candle first since it's a bright spot, and I don't want its glare to overpower the 'pop' of the moving lava. And were I to go the glitter direction, how sparkly/showy is the glitter in the dark?

 

If only someone had video of all the colors running in a dark room.

I know that thinkgeek.com did sell the R1s but they were usually cloudy globes and they no longer sell them but thats the only store I know that sold them in the USA. These are my 2 both directly bought from Mathmos and both looks great in any lighted settings. I would think the purple may be the hardest to see in a darker room but the others should look good.

My deck needs it. My deck's coffee table will have that at one end, and a really unusual old fountain nozzle set in the other end (Rain Jet nozzle for any fountain geeks) with a color-changing LED light. Something interesting at both ends of the table.

Huh, I bought eight of the R1s from thinkgeek.com and all of them were perfect.  (I bought a bunch when they were half-priced and gave them as gifts.)  I like all of the colors, but especially the purple!
