black plastic plate for Century?

hi - i'm a newbie who just got his first Lava. It's a Century from 1973 and it's in good shape but is missing the black plastic plate that keeps it from wobbling.

anyone know how or where I might find a repacement plate?

Appreciate any help you can offer!
