Bottle capper for a 52oz lamp

found an inexpensive lamp and globe (52oz) without goo in it, and no cap on the bottle. It looks like someone just refilled it with colored water. I bought it cheap at the second hand store here... My question is what is the best type of bottle capper to use to re cap the bottle after I refill it?

edit> and what do I need to use as a replacement coil? there isn't one in this lamp... I assume it is a china lamp, but I'm not sure.
