Bubbles in a Space Projector wheel

Hi,

I have just got  Space Projector with two oil wheels, one is fine but the other seems to have air bubbles floating above the oil so it appears superimposed on the oil projection.

Any ideas if they will disappear in time or is that wheel shot?
