Well, looks like another faded blue/white (or as described: clear/soft white) lamp is for sale on ebay

And of course, it's "rare". Oh, and also, "there are no numbers on cap. cap looks old and faded sorry".
Interesting that the same seller has two other lavas for sale and makes sure that the cap numbers are included in the description.
