Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

cloudy grande lava lamp with wax stuck to the side of it.`

I ordered it from spencersonline store and when it got to me I opened it up and it was really cloudy and had wax stuck to the side of the globe. Is there any way this can be fixed? It also has a lot of air bubbles when it gets going.
