Converting, Power, from UK To US for Mathmos Astro

Hi can anyone give me some advise on power converters or adapters for a UK To US Astro Lamp? Whats best . Does the wastage or volts of the bulb change also  when converting  a UK to Usa lamp?....and does anyone know Where can I find those colored bulbs for the clear/white astro?.
