Copper lava lamp

Hi all I have a question has anyone ever thought to make a copper princess lava lamp cause I'd sooo like a copper rocket using a copper lava lamp and astro bottles

I've copper plated a few lamps

The thing to be aware of is that the lamp itself will get extremely hot to the touch.

I installed roll insulation in the inside of mine
As a result, the heat conductivity will also affect the flow because a lot of the heat gets transmitted from of the base of the lamp through the plating

I doubt this would be an issue with a larger lamp but is still is something to consider
