Please can anyone help with information on what glue (or mix of glues) Crestworth used to seal on the caps for their fast glitter bottles?
Any collector will know the brown glue that seals their T-caps and chrome/copper caps in place.
This glue was solvent-resistant and I suspect was a hot glue formulation from a glue gun.
I'd like to match it if possible...
Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks

Thanks Claude, this stuff looks pretty good - and is available over here
One question, if I may please?
Can I get the screwcaps off again, once sealed, if need be?
(Via heat gun etc)
The issue is gonna be whether anything can withstand perc - great for glitter MF but omnivorous...
Crestworth had something that worked, but all that info appears to have been lost - maddening!
You are welcome
glad to help
Yes~!! it can be softened and removed with a heat gun
I got turned onto this glue by Kirk when he used to offer his PERC glitter fluid
Refilling%20and%20Sealing%20Grande.pdf
It does withstand harsh chemicals
His glitter fluid also had a high expansion rate

thanks for the info - this looks ideal for the job
most sealants I've tried have been destroyed by perc - I can see why it has been sidelined - but a fast perc-based glitter in full flight is still one of the best sights in our hobby imo
And so long as you are seriously careful it is still viable - but no short-cuts, guys - and mask up!
