Emptying and refilling a Lunar

Good evening everybody.
I'd like to change the color of one of my Lunars.
I tried the search, but somehow I can only see part of the replies, missing what I need.
So, does anybody can guide me step by step on how to empty a Lunar bottle and refill it with Astro bottles?
