First time selling on Ebay~Any advice?

I have two lamps I am ready to sell. I have never sold anything on Ebay and I am looking for advice on how to list it for the best coverage. If some one here happens to give an offer I can't refuse I am willing to sell it here as well. 

Both Lamps are wired for the UK

One is an empty slightly damaged brass coach-pictures avail.

And the other is a

Mathmos metallic green in a silver base with original packaging.
