Hi Meagan-I'll fix your lamp.  I won't charge if you'll share a portion of goo with me. Send me a message here, and we'll go from there....

Seems fair to me.  Haven't heard from her though...

wow, that would be great. thanks a lot. this is my only lava lamp though.. do you mean to replace the goo in mine and keep that or just take some out?

Hi Meagan-It will be less expensive to jus buy a new lava lamp.  If you prefer to repair, you're going to have to order a goo kit.  So, think about it.  If you still want to repair, I'll let you know what it will cost for the kit and postage to & from me.  But as I said, a new lamp is your most cost effective choice.

PS-There are homemade formulas, but I've never worked with those and really have no idea about how good they are or how long they last.  Goo kit re-do is the best repair option, in my opinion.

Alright, thanks:-) how much are too kits usually, and how do I get one?

Here are the links for the 2 goo kits available. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-Goo-Kit-for-Lava-Lamps-from-Magma-Towe...

You can view their other items too.  You'd probably have no trouble repairing it yourself!  The directions are simple, and Dr. What has a "Goo Kit Tutorial" posted on this site to help people.
