I will preface this post to say that I'm not a collector. Like a lot of other people, I buy things at various places and resell them through several outlets including Ebay, Craigslist and the like. I've joined this forum to get advice on a recent acquisition that I think will interest a lot of you. If this is an incorrect use of this forum, please let me know. I will then cancel my membership and seek guidance elsewhere.
I recently acquired what I believe is a Florence Art triple glitter lamp, but it has no markings as such. I have no experience with this type of item and would like some help determining if it is indeed Florence Art or some other manufacturer.
Please see the attached pic and provide any advice or information you deem appropriate.

It's definitely a Florence Art lamp. :) The triples are somewhat rare, too.
Indeed. This is the rarest of the three Florence triples. The other two use larger lamp units; one is built like this, the other has the lamps in a straight row atop a rectangular wood base.
If you love it and want to keep it, know that it's quite rare. If you decide to sell it, start it on eBay at around $4-500 and expect people to bid fast.
Wow, some polishing up and that will be one pretty lamp!!!
Was it originally shiny brass?
It was satin or brushed brass. These tend to tarnish, but I think that just adds character. I've never tried to polish one. I think Erin has, but I don't know what procedure was used.
Already sold, in its present condition, to Frank Chillino. It's shipping out today.
Was this the one with a starting bid of $1500 and a BIN of $3000? If you got the full BIN price then damn... congratulations!!!

That was it. I'll let Frank disclose the sale price if he so chooses.
