Looking at your pics, this appears to be an Atlantis and not a Pacifica.  The Pacifica was 30" long whereas the Atlantis was 22" long.  Sweet that it appears to be an absolutely mint globe, but why no base?  Makes it rather hard to enjoy the wave action without a means to get it rocking and rolling.
