Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hello...I was wondering if you can add liquid from another lamp. I have a lamp that has some of it's liquid evaporated. There is a lamp I am not using and was considering using some of the liquid from that one. Can this be done or would this not be a good idea? Thanks!

It depends on what brand lamp, how much liquid is gone & if the other lamp is the same make. Can you post us a pic, we'll see if we can help.

If I were you I would just add some distilled water to top it off. If it affects the flow you can add some salt water. If you have to add salt water use epsom salt dissolved in water. Add a very small amount at a time. I have a lamp that is not properly sealed and the water level goes down every week. I have to add water often. It is a cheap lava world lamp but it's great goo and I never have to add more salt. It might change the flow a little bit but not enough to bother me. Good luck!
