Globes stuck

Hey Gooheads!

Ive reccently obtained two capri consort styled lamps but both of the globes are firmly stuck in the base. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so do you know how to fix it?

Try a heat gun or blow dryer on high.  The heat should free up whatever is keeping the globe stuck to the base.

Heat gun or blow dryer should expand the metal and free them up

if not, a overnight soak in WD or equivalent

you'll have to clean the bases with rubbing alcohol afterwards if it comes out
