Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

How do i remove my cap

I have a cheap chinese rocket that i want to refill and im not sure how to go about getting this lid off. Looks a bit like a screw off cap but there is a small crimp on the bottom of the cap. Ill add 2 pics and see if anyones had to remove these before.
