How do you measure aerosol Perc???

I found the exact same can of Brakleen that the Retro-Basic Formula calls for at O'reilly's. Now I can't figure out how I'm supposed to get 1/3 cup out of it...I re-read the recipe and it doesn't elaborate on that technique. If anyone can shed some light on this dilemma, I'd really be greatful!

You carefully squirt it into a glass measuring cup until it reaches the 1/3 cup mark. There's nothing confusing about it. Don't use a plastic measuring cup, the Perc will slowly eat away at it.
