I HAVE AN OLD LAVA LAMP THAT JUST SENDS UP SMALL BUBBLE ONE AFTER ANOTHER WHAT CAN I DO ??

This lava lamp is from 1995 it worked great but in its age it changed it only sends up small bubbles and I noticed each one is full of a smaller liquid bubble I added left over Surf from package thinking it would break it up and STREEEETCH it but nothing so far ANY IDEAS any and all ideas will be experimented with being that its boring now and nothing could hurt :) thx
