lamp restoration

Okay guys I'd love to see this lamp returned to its for glory. Its dated Jun 74 , flows quite well but the fluid is low and a bit cloudy. I'm open to sugguestions on what to do with this lamp

on the cloudy part :from the Lava Library "they were offered in wild color combinations having "mist" liquid. When showing up on the market, these models aren't clouded from use - they were made that way! The liquid color may fade but the cloudiness is original."
