I just hit the local (Tukwila, WA) mall today. They had the following lamps on display:

52 oz:

Purple, Gold, Green clear, with black bases. Purple had the best flow and an amazing color that, I think, almost rivals 90s purple. Green was the weakest.

Red/green, blue/pink, blue/red with silver bases. All were very dark, but the colors did show. Slightly better than China flow.

White/blue, yellow/pink(?), blue/pink(?) with silver. Same. White/blue was lovely, though.

32oz:

Two color-change, a green/blue and a multicolor, as well as one which looked like Aztec sun-gold lava, all with decorated skins on bases. Okay, China flow though, but the gold lava color was awesome.

Bob Marley 20oz: Not so great.

Clearview 32s:

Gold w/ blue base, pink w/ green base, red w/ metallic red base, yellow/violet w/ purple base. I'm not personally a fan of the flat-color bases, but the colors are vivid and glossy. The green is BRIGHT GREEN, but not neon or day-glo; the purple is a medium lavender, and the blue is a medium-light blue almost leaning to teal. These had okay flow, not great but passable. The gold was, again, an Aztec-like color, beautiful! The pink was very intense, almost red. The metallic red lamp, though, had slightly better flow and it struck me as really perfect.

I have photos if people really want those.

I think I might get the green, too, if the pink ends up flowing well.

Jonas, there was a red/green 52oz?

My pink should arrive tomorrow. I would have gotten a neon green, but I already have a neon green so I don't think it would look all that different. I am tempted to get a century though, but first I need to sell more lamps.

I was counting on your review! Because I know your completely honest

You're welcome Brad. You know you can always expect a wall of text when it comes to my lava lamps reviews. :)

That I am! I should have a review up within the week. My early thought is BUY ONE OR SEVERAL. I'd say these are worth having.

Depending on final reviews. I plan on a pink grande, and I'll dye the liquid blue. And a gold base century

Yes, Erin, there was a red/green. The liquid was more illuminated than the black/greens were, and the lava was about as dark as in a 90s red/blue but was still red. In a dark room it'd look better.

Purchase made, neon pink Grande. I can't wait; The Blob's photos show some amazing flow. Now I just have to figure out where this is going; maybe I'll get rid of my glitter Grande, which I never use.

Well I woke up this morning to a beautiful sight - the Grande flowing. It's gorgeous. Nearly perfect. Too early to say it's the best lamp ever, but wow, I'm impressed.

You will have them soon. In the next hour or so. :)
