nice lamp, wasnt the color of the wax in these lamp white?

Krissy - my camera always lies!

The wax is a kind of dull yellow or even cream.....makes me think of perfumed soap or the wax of a honeycomb.  The original colour of the Fluidiums was 'spunk white' - which is very much what this is actually.

But the combination of a reflector light in the lamp and my camera's auto-tuning turns the wax yellow or even orange.

And whether Millenniums had white wax is something I know not, I'm afraid.

(I'm adding a photo of the unlit and cold wax - but even then it's too brown against reality)
