Metallic Green Lamp Creative Motion (16")

I bought this lamp about a year ago and had it in storage for a bit. I took it out recently and plugged it in and now its cloudy, has strange lint-like material in it and also crystals that do not go away. On top of that, it has not been bubbling properly. It heats up rises and then settles on the bottom in a big bubble and won't move. I also have a Blue Metallic from the same company and though it is clear it does the same thing. The blue metallic is my second one I bought because the first had the same problem. Anyone else experience these issues with these? Any resolutions?
