When did you get the colossus - how old or new is it?

Is it running with the correct bulb and at full power etc.

You could try adding some Epson salt or propane glycol (prefered option) to it untill it starts to flow, I dont have a colossus myself but the formular should be simmler to other Lava lite lamps so this should help it.

Here we go..... verify 200 watt bulb ...takes sometimes over 12 hours to get going... avoid moisture in the base where it meets the globe.. do you have the old style base or the new one the bulbs are different.... do not open it....
