Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I stupidly bought a Clearview from Target a few days ago. A clear/blue with the "pearl" blue base. Right out of the box, the liquid was hazy. It's been run about four times now and is not improving. I think I already know the answer to my question - but is there any chance it will clear with more running? My gut tells me no.

It actually has decent flow, too! Dangit!

Well, I really think you are not giving yourself enough credit !!  I also live in a small rancher in Cape May County, NJ, so I guess I am going to have to be creative with my collection when I get going.  Speaking of lamps on ebay Erin, I have been looking at a Kiss lamp.  .  Let me know what you think?  I am a huge Kiss fan as they were my teenage years fav band, so kind of a blast from the past!!!

Thanks Erin!!!

Carol,

I have one of these Kiss lamps and I can honestly say that the 52oz globe is probably the clearest and best flowing globe I have or have ever seen from Lava Lite. The globe in the auction photo looks just as good. The price is not horrible as listed I have seen them go for more, less too. I got lucky and got mine for $20 but it is certainly worth more.

Critter, gotta admit, right now that price is a bit steep for me, although i'm drooling over here to have it, lol!!  I did land another lamp on ebay 2nite.  I put the post in the collector's section.  I also bid on a blue swirl on there 2nite which looks in really good shape.  The Kiss lamp is a buy now option, so I'm going to hang tight and hope it's still there when my husband gets his check on the 3rd and then bug him for it, lol!!!  OMG I'm sooo hooked now.......lol!!
